As a meeting and event planner with more than 23 years of experience, I have worked with many facilities throughout the country and rate Cheers among the top in terms of food, service and overall value.
My company booked the entire facility for a private customer event in June, 2007. My contact at Cheers [Our Sales Manager] was a pleasure to work with. She was flexible and enthusiastic about our event and was also proactive in suggesting menu ideas. She worked with me to put together a fabulous spread which guests enjoyed tremendously. She was always quick to respond to my questions and requests and, even after the event was over, she continued to communicate with me to make sure all details were handled to my satisfaction.
The food was outstanding, and, having done many events at other facilities, I must admit the food at Cheers surpassed my expectations. Their broad menu offered an excellent array of appealing choices, and it was difficult to narrow down the selection to just a few items. All the servers assigned to us that night were friendly, cooperative, prompt, professional and again, very enthusiastic.
I would highly recommend Cheers to anyone considering a corporate event. Our last event was so successful, we have booked another large event at Cheers in the fall."

"I plan about four major corporate events a year at our 350 person company, and I could not be more pleased with the service we received at Cheers. [Each staff member] I had the pleasure to meet could not have been more helpful, professional, and accommodating at our event. From my first initial phone call with [Our Sales Manager] when I called to gain a bit of insight on the venue to the day of the actual event when she walked me through the beautifully decorated space letting me know how everything would play out when the guests arrive, every detail was accounted for. She listened patiently to my requests and was fantastic at suggesting what she thought would work best with our group. On the day of the party, I left her a panicked message when I realized our numbers had grown by 50 more than what we had initially accounted for; she called me right back after checking with the chef and calmly reassured me that they could increase our food quantities accordingly. On the night of the party, I had so many colleagues come to complement me on my choice of venues. They were so pleased with how kind and thoughtful the staff was and could not stop raving about the food!
